“Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it.
As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too.
And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy. ”
"Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation."
