“Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped? ”

““Just outside” stockade may be a better description. Just across from Union College the neighborhood seemed safe but less that middle class. Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. The “K cup” portion of the coffee pot didn’t work and there were some minor maintenance items that could bring up the interior. It is a good value. It was clean and functional. “Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside. ”

“This apartment was perfect for our stay in Troy to visit the city and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. It’s clean and well equipped and Tanyana is an excellent host. One note on the parking, we got a $50 ticket issued at 4:30AM on Tuesday. We were parked pretty much in front of the building entrance under a sign that clearly indicated parking was OK after 5:00PM. Turns out there’s a sign further down the block that prohibits parking early Tuesday and Thursday morning for street cleaning……

“Really cute and cozy space. Parking lot was easy, right next to the building. Very clean and close to everything in downtown! Brought my dog and it was convenient with the yard and being able to walk him around. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but nothing super crazy. Would book here again!”
