“Perfect location. Easy check in. Reliable Wi-Fi in all areas of hotel. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and cleaned everyday. The bathroom was clean and had hot water continuously. The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the Medina, beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. “Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in……

“I travelled Hammamet this hotel because of the wellness spa I want to experience, indeed they have a very good Hamman and also massage service supplied by their professional staff, the massage product they use is also very good smell.
