“The hotel’s location is terrific. The room was terrific. Sylvia, the receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the area around the main plaza is run down and a bit unkept and dirty. The hotel is well located to the main attractions; Casa Botines and the Cathedral. ”
