“Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. Also the shower head wouldn’t stay in place but it was nice and hot They don’t have a kettle But it was very good value Staff were very helpful. Good location ”

“This was the best place we have stayed in for a long time. The grounds are secure. The garden beautiful, the dining area and breakfast wonderful. It was a shame we were there in a thunderstorm so we could not breakfast outside. The host was so kind and generous. The breads were homemade as were the yogurts. We had fresh fruit and local cheeses also. The room was spacious and well laid out with a huge bathroom including jacuzzi bath, spacious walk in shower and robes were provided. ”

“Eine schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Seine. Man kann hier einen schönen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt planen und sich die Umgebung ansehen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist hier hervorragend. Einzig an Wochenenden kann das Restaurant sehr voll werden. Abends sind die meisten weg und dann ist es dort herrlich ruhig. Allein die Anfahrt über die Bahnstrecke ist schon ein Erlebnis. Klare Empfhehlung. ”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“Fantastic B&B just 5-10 min from Giverny (and a much better choice to not be in Tourist Central). The property is run by a husband and wife who live on site. Just three guest rooms, and two that share a bath are rented together - that's what my girlfriend and rented. The bathroom is huge and absolutely stunningly remodeled. One of the rooms is right next to the bath, the other is a bit down the hall. Nice breakfast including soft boiled eggs by request. Rooms are up one flight of stairs. Free……
