“The hotel's staff is amazing, but at dinner time, they would benefit from extra waiters. We waited way too long for our table to be served. However, everyone at the hotel is giving their best, and I give them five stars for their service. We miss them already and will be back! Merci!”

“Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.”

La signora alla reception ci ha accolti gentilmente e si sono subito adoperati per preparare la nostra stanza. La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali ma pulite e comode. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in 5 minuti in macchina il castello.”

“Great property! We arrived very late and the hotel manager/staff was more than accommodating to get us from our uber to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is a bit light but traditional. We had one issue where I showered the first day and was caught in the shower with both an empty large bottle of shampoo and body wash. My husband went to housekeeping and was able to recover it but inconvenient to wait that long and easily avoidable. All minor in the scheme of things. We would recommend this……

“This is a fantastic place to stay, accessible only with a car, about 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful setting, comfortable modern room with lots of space and amenities. Amazing breakfast (best croissant I had in france), very accomodating staff.”

“This is a special kind of Bed and Breakfast, it's the one kind that stays in your heart. It's located in the old fortress remains and have a special kind of atmosphere. Our hostess is one lovely lady and she makes the tastiest yoghurt and marmelade we have ever tasted. Everything is homemade. We highly recommend it”

“Fab hotel, 10 min walk to Carcassonne Le Cite, warm friendly staff, excellent facilities, nice restaurant, outdoor pool with pool bar, food and drink priced at around the same as Le Cite, i would definitely stay here again.”

“全てが素晴らしいホテルでした。チェックインの時の女性のスタッフの対応はとても親切でした。インテリアも可愛らしく、清潔な部屋でした。 しかし、マイナス点が少し有ります。 ・二階建てで、エレベーターがない。 ・部屋が狭くて２つのスーツケースを広げにくい。 ・洗面台の排水が少し良くない。 ・湯沸かしポットが部屋にない。 ・枕元にコンセントがないので、寝る時、スマホを手元に置いて充電できない。 しかし、それらの欠点が有っても、非常に心地よくすごせました。世界遺産までとても近くて素晴らしい立地です。 朝食のスクランブルエッグは最高に美味しかったです。”
