“I was looking last minute for a hotel in/near Lyon. Due to circumstances (cancelled flights, I heared) most hotels were fully booked or tripled their prices. This hotel didn't and was just 15 minutes away from my location. It is like walking into a time machine, back to the seventies. But although dated, it was clean, in good shape and very nice staff. Next time I'm stranded in Lyon it will be my first choice. ”

“We were going to be getting to the hotel late on the day we checked in. Our travel plans allowed us to stop by in the morning and we talked to the owner. The room wasn't ready, so they took our bags to our room and left the key in the room. This allowed us to not be stressed about timing through the day. The hotel is in a small, quiet town - it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was also exceptional.”
