“This 3 bedroom duplex apartment has been recently renovated. It is very comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens. ”

“My daughter did an internship for 8 weeks and stayed here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Host was always available quickly when I had a question. Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. Only one hiccup wherein the temperatures got down into the teens one week and the heat semi went out. Host was quickly repairing it and even brought a space heater for added warmth. “Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent.”
