“I had my first VRBO canceled by the host 48 hours before my 5 day trip to Utah. I was stressed out. This property was available and honestly I am super glad my first choice was canceled. This place is incredible. The location was less than a mile from my daughter’s place who attends UVU Each of us had our own bathroom and the beds were super comfy. “This home had a great location and was stocked with everything you need. However the home its self had a broken window, the deck was in poor shape, no fince for the yard and there is a very scary drop off, the outside grill was so gross, the outside seating was missing all its cushions, so they were not usable, grime in the bath tubs, under beds and furniture were very dirty. “We stay in this area at least once a year, and have stayed at many properties. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed, and would stay again. Great views and a lovely property. Even though the kitchen seems small it was very well stocked. Loft was well labeled with instructions and had lots of information about the area. “Our daughter and her family recently moved to Springville. We were so pleased to find Art City Inn. It is only a dozen blocks from their house, just minutes from Smith’s grocery store, and part of a wonderful downtown area. The Presidential Suite was a delight, and hubby enjoyed the hottub in the courtyard. The lovely park next to the Inn was a great place to bring our two grandchildren, and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at Magleby’s, also next door. We highly recommend staying at Art City……

“You know how it’s tons of fun to wash ALL your laundry after you camp because EVERYTHING smells like smoke? That’s how it was staying at this VRBO, except there was no campfire, just a thick cloud of old food smell. The smell was so thick that not only did it coat you and everything you brought, it had the additional bonus of keeping you up at night. And as a fun surprise, the listing says it sleeps 11, but if you bring more than 5 people, you get charged an additional $20 PER PERSON! I LOVE……
