“Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. “Deb was great from day one. Very accommodating and kind. The place is very clean and very comfortable. The property is very private and comfortable. We felt very welcomed ”

“At first we were a little put off because we did not understand that the owners lived onsite ( the listing mentioned that they would be seen onsite tending to the property). The vrbo is towards the front of the house and the owners lived towards the back where the easy access to the pool is located. Every morning we could smell them making breakfast and coffee. The owners were both very nice and accommodating. The property is beautiful and full of wildlife. Don helped us put the kayaks in the……

“Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. ”

“The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were so pleased to find a cute and newly renovated cottage in a great location for a couple of days. We had thought this location would require a longer stay so we were so happy to be able to rent for a couple days. The place was freshly renovated and very comfortable especially the kingside bed! Keith even had Beach towels and chairs! ”

“The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This camper was a great place to stay while we were in Naples. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was tucked back in a corner, so it was pretty private. On a side note: you can't adjust the temp to lower than 72* and that was too hot for me to sleep, so I would bring a fan if I were to stay again- and I would stay again. ”
