“We've had a really good time staying in this small house close to the Beach. Very good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach……

“Pros- great location. So close to the beach, stores, restaurants, activities for kids, etc.Open floor plan and plenty of spaceCons- pool was freezing. It looked like there was a code for a heater but when I asked if the heater had a code we could use to turn it on management said that it didn’t have a heater. That was one of the main reasons we rented the house. I’m not sure if that’s disclosed in the listing but it should be. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and they run out of……

“This rental was not intended. Our previous rental was unsafe for my special needs son. So for only 3 of us, this was a lot of house. However, it is located in a very nice neighborhood. “We had a lovely vacation here. The home is very large and has plenty of space for our big family! The pool is amazing—we spent majority of our time here. Thank you for hosting us!”

“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……
