“We had a group of 8 for a weekend retreat and the house was great. Pleanty of rooms with 3 full bathrooms to make it comfortable for all. A quick drive to town and so very close to the winery and brewery. Everything we needed was in the house and it made for a very relaxing weekend. “ We found this to be an exceptionally clean & comfortable rental cabin/house on Lake Latoka. It was perfect for our 2-week vacation. It is on a large, beautiful lot with a well-groomed lawn and large trees, has a gas grill, firepit, dock, etc. We enjoyed the lake views and stunning sunsets from the large windows in the 4-season porch and the living room. The air-conditioning was wonderful to have for the very hot & humid first week of our stay. Two garage stalls for our use were a plus. The……

“What’s not to love about a well thought out A Frame Cabin?? Even though other properties were quite close by, we felt we had all the privacy we needed, but also enough friendly faces to feel welcome. Including a neighborhood dog who became best friends with our dog! The kitchen was well stocked with accessories needed, the bathroom, while small, was easily usable, the bedding was comfy and warm and there was so many late night conversations shared by the indoor and outdoor fire place. “Communication with Pat was great, cabin was clean and comfortable, neighbors were kind and location was great. Would definitely stay again. The lake is clean, shallow and super swimmable. We all had a wonderful time! ”

“The property was peaceful. Lots of birds flittering about. If you like to fish, especially for bass this is a great place. Every 2 hour trip I took out I caught 10-15 bass. All 3.5+ pounds. The largest was over 5 and I had multiple that size. The location of the fire pit right by the lake was a perfect end to the days. Will definitely be booking again. There are some minor spruce up repairs to be made but communication with the host indicated they plan to do those this year. ”

“The place wonderful for our 10 people that stayed there. Very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room inside and outside by the fire ring. The public boat launch is right next door to the canal. We plan on going back to stay there again next year.”
