“David's 2nd floor apartment is comfortable, clean, well-furnished, and was a great place to stay during my recent work trip to Ebensburg. David was helpful and communicative, and check-in was easy. I'd caution taller folks that this may not be the best choice for you - the ceiling height in the bathroom is quite low. Overall, an enjoyable stay, definitely recommended!”

“Finch House is a wonderful property. The location right beside a stream is peaceful. All of the light switches are labeled!! That is a level of detail much appreciated. The entire aesthetic of the home was perfect. I coild have sat for hours outside on the patio or the sheltered shed porch. Thank you John and Kathleen for such a pleasant stay. Definitely "exceptional".P.S. As someone who grew up in Westmoreland County, I have always loved the town of Ligonier!”

“The property was perfect for our family weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from college. “We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep.”
