“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. “It was ok for what we needed it for, but because it’s a basement apartment it was dark and smelled musty especially the bathroom. The kitchen had ants and the water pressure was not very strong in the shower or bathroom sink. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any spare rolls. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. It was only two nights so overall, it served its purpose. ”
