“My family and I had a great time at the cabin. It is clean, warm and well stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and tree filled. The roads are paved and clear right up to the gravel driveway. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. The only "cons" would be the hot water does not last very long so it was a challenge getting a family of 4 showered in the evening after a day of sledding. As mentioned in other reviews the internet could get laggy……

“Spent two nights here, check in process was easy, house was clean and very quiet, nice fenced yard our puppy enjoyed very much. All the amenities listed were correct. Would definitely stay here again for a peaceful weekend. ”

“Very easy check in. Nice place and very clean. Comfortable beds!!”

“The RV we had reserved did not have a functioning refrigerator so we were "upgraded" to a larger place. It did not have the same amenities as the original place. Instead of a full kitchen, there was a hot plate and tiny microwave. Instead of a dinette table, there was a postage stamp sized table that barely held 2 plates. There was no couch. . The bunk beds were wedged next to the refrigerator so every time the refrigerator kicked on, the sleeper was startled awake. The location itself was quiet……

“My wife and I stayed at this property for a thanksgiving getaway. It is conveniently located close to Redding and Lassen National Park (unfortunately the park was mostly closed due to snow when we were there). The living space is comfortable with large windows letting in light and giving a view of the trees. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. the property owner/manager was very responsive and communicative. Thanks!”

“The house had a nice kitchen and living space and the bedrooms were big. The problem was there was no A/C. They did have a swamp cooler which worked nicely in the downstairs but the upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with windows open and fans blowing. The master bathroom had a window pointing directly at the neighbors house and the window was not adequately covered so we never used the shower and bathtub in that room..”
