“The house was very clean and accommodating! The property manager was extremely easy to contact and answered immediately. The house was so nice and clean. I loved that we didn't have to clean a single thing! Most agencies make you pay a cleaning fee and expect you to clean some of the home. The parking was weird because we had to park on the curb (2 cars max) in front of the home, but we all still really enjoyed our stay. “We were thrilled with the outside courtyard. It’s set up with plenty of seating for relaxing and eatting. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was great. The entry was a divider if you will. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
