“This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive. ”

Outside of that the floor plan, rooms and beds , bathroom and kitchen and living space were beautiful and comfortable. “Our stay at Roami Luzianne was almost perfect - quiet, clean, convenient.... It was so nice to have the room to move about too - much, much larger then a hotel room. And with a full kitchen and combo dinning and living room...we could not have asked for more. The only draw back was there was only one coffee cup - for the two of us (easily remedied.......) We will stay again for sure.”

“It was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. It was clean, beds comfy, great shower, loved the ability to stream my apps, and the staff was awesome! ”

“Amazing place! Modern, beautiful and clean. Great neighbourhood. Walking distance to Canal street. The parking was in a closed garage but a bit narrow for big SUV:s, low roof in garage. Would absolutely stay again! ”

“Close to the streetcars. The bedroom bed was extra soft and plush. The pullout couch wasn’t soft, but is perfect for someone whose back might hurt from a soft bed. Internet access was fast and easy to access. The floors were still slightly dirty, especially in the laundry room. The foldout couch cushions looked old and haven’t been replaced in a long time. I purchased Lysol to spray just in case. Otherwise the property was perfect and orderly. ”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
