“Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets……

“The location of the apartment is good. Near the underground station. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay and we had to walk stairs with luggage.”

“One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect”

“我們入主六晚，當中有3晚沒有水，早上沒水洗面擦牙，連晚上亦無水沖涼，最慘小朋友沖到中途沒有水，絕對沒有想到這麽簡單的供水問題亦會一而再三發生，非常令人失望，令我們的行程帶來非常大的不便！ 雖然職員盡量安撫，亦有一晚安排低層房間作沖涼之用，但不是暫時一刻的問題，经歷連續三天擔心沒有水，早上出門時間大失預算，回酒店後想盡快洗澡休息亦不能，非常疲累！”

“This property made me fall in love with London. We were literally close to all the tourist spots like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, museums, shopping, pubs, restaurants, transportation, and culture. Staying in this 2 bedroom flat gave each of us space and made our stay so much more comfortable. A beautiful flat with all the amenities you will need. ”

“In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. ”

“很棒的公寓式酒店,裝潢新穎,有電梯,有浴缸,有洗衣機,有微波爐兼烤箱,離綠色區域線跟藍色迪卡皮利線地鐵站走路只要5分鐘,也有很多家超商跟速食店..整個倫敦自由行超推薦.(但是不含打掃..住12晚送1次打掃..這樣其實很夠了)”
