They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining ”

“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling……

“Small 1cm Cockroaches running around kitchen & bathroom. about 6 of them. Having difficulty getting hot water for shower, only my son got hot water, then no more... The room is rather nice and my kids enjoy the stay. ”

“位置有点偏，如果住在vida的话最好就在旁边pura vida潜店潜水，酒店的环境还可以，就是没有餐厅，要和旁边的pura vida一起用，另外健身房关门太早了，晚上7点就关门了。”
