“We received correct, polite service. The entire hotel was clean and modern, the room was spacious and well equipped and of course spotlessly clean. I would most likely choose Aurora on a repeat visit to Sofia.”

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

“it was a nice stay, good hotel, tram station in front of the hotel and you're in the center within 10-15 minutes, some supermarkets nearby and the rooftop bar is really cool”

“So far so good. I requested to keep the same room for three nights ( one night which I booked by myself and two nights reserved by Gate 1 tour). But the hotel could not arrange for me, so I need to move the room after one night. ”
