“good location and nice staff”

“Nice hotel very central in Zell am See. Good parking facilities in the garage under the hotel. Nice English speaking staff.”

“We had a one night stay en route to Croatia. Our room had a lake view - although obscured by the rain on arrival. The receptionist seemed unsure of a few things - turned out she was new, so understandable. Frustratingly, we could not get the in room sauna to work, nor could the receptionist help. The manager addressed this very professionally in the morning and we were able to have a quick sauna before departure. The breakfast is good and was complimentary re our sauna issues, but pricey if……

“Trevligt hotell med stort fint rum och skön säng. Liten balkong med fin utsikt. Mitt i stan, så en del buller från trafik och folk . Störde dock inte oss nämnvärt. Nära till allt. ”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires. Un grand bravo et merci à Sylvia du club enfant ! Il manque peut-être une aire de jeu extérieure pour les enfants (toboggans, murs d'escalade, ...).”
