It was our first trip to the area and Sheri met us with her signature chocolate strawberries and lots of suggestions on which wineries are best and places to eat. The town itself is a lovely reminder of what the Gold Country was like in the late 1800s with lots of old buildings along a main street. The hotel sits in the middle of the town and looks just like it must……
