“The house is nicely layed out for a large family or in our case two couples with kids. Tripple bed in kids room with space to play was great. Took a min to figure out the heating system and gas fireplace but was warm and cozy. It is 50 min depending on trafic to the ski hill and worked great for our needs. ”

“All of my expectations were blown out of the water. This has hands down been one of my favorite cabins to stay at. The Roost was practically spotless and well maintained. The bathroom didn't have any mildew, the bath was very clean though the shower curtain had some mold on it. The water heats up quickly. The build of the cabin is beautiful with many thoughtful details all around. You can get firewood on the way in, and they provide plenty of matches and some fire starter. Lots of blankets in……

“Decided to take the kids to the snow last minute. Needed a place where we could bring our dog. Home was clean and, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to park our large SUV in the garage. Very Comfortable beds, had all the amenities. 20 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort. All in all was a very comfortable home, will definitely stay here again”

“The images don't do the place justice, trust me. When you enter the place all the decor and rusticness just hits you and you're transported to this cozy world. All the games were nice too and the TV was actually bigger than advertised. Would stay here again. Oh and Cristy was very quick to respond to messages, She was great!”

“I was looking for a location not too far from the East Bay that could accommodate my entire family. My daughter and her family were visiting from Ohio. We had an amazing time. This six-bedroom cabin was perfect, it allowed everyone to have their own room. My teenage grandson & granddaughter loved the bonus room on the upper level that had a TV and two large bean bags. They also enjoy the game room. We all had a great time playing pool, cards and board games! The cabin was a little dated;……
