“Based on the picture that is given online, it is a little deceptive as the room was a lot smaller than expected. In saying that, one has to remember that the older properties in Amsterdam are very narrow, to cram in many rooms, then the rooms are not going to be that large. What I will say is that the room was adequate for sleeping and showering in, it was clean and everything that one could want was there. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und hat zu allen Seiten Fenster, durch die man den Sonnenuntergang sehen konnte. Morgens begrüßten uns viele Vögel. Die japanisch angehauchte minimalistische Gestaltung des Raums hat uns gut gefallen. Das kleine Bad ist gleichzeitig Kaffeeküche, sehr durchdacht und funktionierte einwandfrei. Trotz der niedrigen Außentemperaturen war es im Haus selbst schön……

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
