“First, “ host” never sent any messsges; never responded to any of my emails. The place was already occupied, despite my having a confirmation! The property outside was overgrown, empty bottles/trash spread everywhere. Outdoor cats roaming on property. Current occupants allowed me to come in. The inside was very dirty, mess all over floor. The occupant kindly called “ host” who first thought I had wrong address.The occupant confirmed, with my printout of everything, that my info was correct and……

“From reserving our stay to departing our visit, the process was smooth. Janet's response time to questions was quick and thorough. The house was exactly as described and met our expectations. Janet left a nice welcome basket filled with goodies and all the bathrooms had items that you just might forget. Everyone felt their bed was very comfortable. Our one suggestion would be tissues in the bathrooms.”

“The lake house was not only big enough for entertaining our extended family of 10, but fully equipped for fun down on the lake. We loved the kayaks, the stand up paddle boards, and the kids and teens loved swimming off of and playing on the foam floating mat. We lounged around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows for s’mores one night. And the icing on the cake was that our three senior dogs could be with us, so we brought along a couch cover and kept the lawn clean so that the owner might……
