“The hotel is in an industrial area tucked in the corner. AC in the room was not getting on so then had to change the room to next floor which was very inconvenient. On Hotrl description it wasn't mention that Pool is not available to use but staff told me I can't use it because it not a holiday season yet. Eventuough it was rnd of may with 28 degree temperature. ”

“I have stayed at the apartments a few times before and they provide exactly what I need when staying in Sitges. They are roomy and comfortable, with good access to the beach and a very pleasant wander down the seafront to the town centre. The pool is great and the staff very helpful. The facility to use a bike whilst there is also great. This is the first time I have been where they have had the new on-site reception and this is a real improvement also. “We had a fantastic stay at this campground! The customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The beach is easily accessible, just a 15-minute walk or a quick five-minute bike ride away. The town nearby is stunning, with a vibrant culture that adds to the charm of the area. Our bungalow was very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat, although the bed could be a bit more comfortable for a perfect night's sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience that we'd gladly……

“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“The front desk wasn’t really familiar with the area. hen I asked about restaurants and stores that may be near by they knew no thing and I felt like I was wasting their time. That said the hotel was awesome for the price and I loved that it was across the beach and in the thick of things.”
