The historic style of the home works well with the renovations which include strong WiFi, new appliances and plenty of high-tech flat screen televisions. The area was very quiet and near plenty of shopping locations. This was the perfect home for family time and bonding. The host was responsive to our questions and requests. “Our second time staying at the house. We absolutely love the property and all its surrounding wildlife. Enjoyed spending time hiking, fishing, crabbing, and watching eagles flying over the water. The house is clean and well stocked, and the game room is a great place to spend time in the evenings or rainy days. The hosts are attentive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again!”

“Property was clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Loved the hardwood floors, and it was excellent for children and pets. There were games, and a dog bed and treats as well. The place may appear small, but is actually very well laid out, and the yard is an excellent place to enjoy the children with games and activities. Would highly recommend using this place for the price. Much better then any hotel in the area. ”

“We stayed to do a fishing tour in the bay, and it was perfect. It was extremely clean, and we loved the layout. It had plenty of space for our family. It has a nice dock and a fire pit in the backyard. Overall, there are only good things to say about this property. If you are planning a visit to the area, it is well worth it!”

“Exactly what we were looking for! Indoor stove ready to go upon our arrival. Very cold weekend but the stove works really well to keep it warm inside. Gas grill outside. Everything you need to do basic cooking inside. Would absolutely stay again!”

“lovely quiet neighborhood in rural area. Kristy and Rick offer amenities you may not have at other properties. fishing gear, paddle boards, sea kayaks beach chairs and umbrella. dont worry if you forgot something. Our hosts were very accommodating and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay”

“This is such a sweet home in a great neighborhood. We came up for a short fishing trip in the bay and were so happy with the location and the house. The property is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat launches. It is an older home, so it does have a few quirks but overall has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough good things about the owner. He is so kind and responsive which made our trip that much more enjoyable. ”
