“South Carolina native and family coming home for the holidays, and this little slice of heaven was just the place to welcome me back home. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location is peak peacefulness! Dark, and very quiet. The only complaint we had was the driveway, it’s insanely steep, and wasn’t well suited for our large 1 ton pickup, however we were able to utilize the on street parking. The hosts are lovely people and are located right next door if anything is to happen during……

“Previous person left behind some bits of trash and there was still a fire smoldering in the fire pit. The host was quick to respond to my concern and I was able to get water from the bath house to put it out. It was an adorable little cabin though and close to the river. It would have been nice if someone was actually on site.”

“Came to the area for an event at Furman & college tours in the area. This was a great location central to all our activities and just a few minutes to downtown Greenville. The house was very clean and afforded quality family time together. Loved visiting with the bonus pets too! Proerty is u ique and charming! Communications with owner very prompt too. Hope to return one day!”

“Had a great time at the Luxe Mountain Getaway! Had 10 of us and the house had plenty of room for all and the location/ease of access in the mountain is great! Having both sunrise and sunset views are a bonus for sure! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed and house was very well kept up and clean. Porches and outdoor areas were great and had nice electric fire pits for warmth. Pool table/ping pong table would be a nice addition to keep the kids busy when in the cabin but not……

“Close to relatives which was r eally nice. Really liked the donkeys and sheep. A couple drawbacks were that the bathroom has no door and whatever the bedroom mattress is made of really holds heat in. I slept on the couch. ”

“The cottage was delightful - clean and cozy. My mom (74), her cousin (also 70’s) and me (48) stayed a single night to enjoy the nearby mountains and wineries. We all enjoyed staying here. The loft is suitable for kids and kids at heart. Road noise was minimal. I often need earplugs to sleep away from home, but didn’t find them necessary here. Group consensus was that each of us would enjoy staying here again. ”

“This cottage is very small but adequate for one person with little clothing and the barest necessities. I would call it tiny house living. No closet, bathroom really tight. The bed was comfortable and the cottage was clean. Hot plate, small microwave, Keurig, toaster oven and small dorm size fridge, so if you’re planning on cooking in rather than getting takeout, you may find the amenities to be rather limited. This cottage was perfect for a traveling employee who wants to avoid the “hotel”……
