“Katie was very communicative and the property was beautiful. There was some trash around the trees, but the outside sitting area and pod were clean and cozy. Being on the river was really nice and we would definitely visit again! ”

“South Carolina native and family coming home for the holidays, and this little slice of heaven was just the place to welcome me back home. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location is peak peacefulness! Dark, and very quiet. The only complaint we had was the driveway, it’s insanely steep, and wasn’t well suited for our large 1 ton pickup, however we were able to utilize the on street parking. The hosts are lovely people and are located right next door if anything is to happen during……

“Came to the area for an event at Furman & college tours in the area. This was a great location central to all our activities and just a few minutes to downtown Greenville. The house was very clean and afforded quality family time together. Loved visiting with the bonus pets too! Proerty is u ique and charming! Communications with owner very prompt too. Hope to return one day!”

“This was such a fun experience in small-town South Carolina! The property is extremely well kept, and the cabin itself is very comfortable despite its cozy size… we would definitely stay here again! For anyone unfamiliar or wary about a compost outhouse, I can assure you this one is quite pleasant, which was greatly appreciated. “We had an amazing weekend at Three Bears Cabin over Easter weekend. We had 4 adults and 4 teens in the cabin and it never felt cramped. Super clean, modern touches, large kitchen. Upstairs bathroom was awesome! We will definitely go back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!”

“The cottage was delightful - clean and cozy. My mom (74), her cousin (also 70’s) and me (48) stayed a single night to enjoy the nearby mountains and wineries. We all enjoyed staying here. The loft is suitable for kids and kids at heart. Road noise was minimal. I often need earplugs to sleep away from home, but didn’t find them necessary here. Group consensus was that each of us would enjoy staying here again. ”
