“The house is large and the living space is good. It’s an older home that needs some upgrades. The musty smell as you enter the home should be addressed. 9 bedrooms sleeps a bunch, but only 1 small bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor is inadequate. We stayed during cool weather but the house is set up well for a summertime visit. ”

“This was our fourth trip to Kiawah with our 2 daughters, who are now young adults. The home is accurately represented on the website. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having an outside hose for rinsing after the beach and covered parking. The screened in porch was a very nice feature. The location is outstanding, with quick access to the beach and trails.”

“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night……
