“Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay”

“We stayed at this property for the Kiawah Marathon. When we checked in, we notified to local contact that we could hear a low battery chirp from a smoke detector in a locked closet. We were assured there were no smoke detectors in the closet, and that we could remove the smoke detector batteries from the other units. The local contact was “off island” and maintenance manager was on vacation so they were unable to assist. We notified the local contact again that the sound was coming from the……

“Clean and conveniently located. Parking for two vehicles was tight but we managed. Recommend placing a hand towel in 1/2 bath downstairs. Customer service was contacted first day requesting batteries for remote control along with the backing to the remote control that was missing plus a new light bulb. Called a second time making same request. The requested items except the backing to the remote were delivered the day before we checked out. Minor issue but would recommend.”

“Amazing property! Great location. restaurants nearby are 5 to 10 min walk. 3 levels, stairs not bad. 4 bath rooms. Spacious!!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!”

“This home is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups of people. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy spaces and stunning ocean views from almost every room. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and only steps from the beach. The owner and management team were very responsive and excellent to work with. Our family ages ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone had a fabulous time. ”

“We enjoyed our long weekend going to SEWE in downtown Charleston. This home is an easy location to getting into downtown easily. After a long day at SEWE we were able to come back to the house and relax on the deck. ”

“Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay. ”

House is absolutely enormous - so our family of 5 had tons of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Host lives directly across the street and met us as we parked our car to explain a few things. They were also able to accommodate a 10am check out instead of the posted 9am check out time - that was much needed for a family with3……

“This was my first time using VRBO, and I’m so glad I found this adorable spot! I booked a two-night stay while passing through town, and Sallie, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. “I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well. ”
