“We had 4 couples with kids and had plenty of space. Nice patio and garage area with games. Access to the Lake was walking distance with a boat dock. House had everything you would need. Will stay here again if back in the area. ”

“This is the perfect place to stay if you're towing boats into the Okoboji area and planning to fish all day and just need a place to cook and crash at night. We towed three boats down, and the parking area was large enough to fit all our trucks and trailers—possibly even more. The bunk room had more than enough beds for the three of us. The host, Brian, was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.”

Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance issues that needed documentation (e.g., the game room basketball hoop was barely hanging on, there were holes behind doors, etc.), which we promptly documented and sent via email. The cleanliness of the house was generally good. However, the hot tub wasn’t clean from the start—it……

“It was a perfect weekend retreat with family. The kids had lots of space to play inside and outside. The water park was a huge hit and we discovered a new favorite game (Telestrations) that they had with their large selection. All of the amenities were just as listed. Thanks for the great place to stay for our families!”

“Very clean. Perfect location with short drive to everything. We really loved the large garage for prepping our gear and parking inside during the sub zero temps. Only complaint was the head of the bed was against the window which was cold. Otherwise. Very comfortable. One suggestion, have a little creamer and sugar for coffee. ”
