“The apartment was cute and in a great location, easily walkable to ocean and bakery. Outdoor shower was a huge plus to keep sand out of the apartment, and the variety of surf/boogie boards was great! We were three adults (mom and 2 adult daughters), and both the bed and couch were comfortable! Best to use the cross breeze to cool the apartment, though, as the AC unit had a great deal of visible mold which we did not notice until the next morning when we all woke up ill. “The unit was dated. I would t call it as luxury stay. It was more of the economy stay. The bedding in the 2nd bedroom had black stains that looked like molten. Bathroom didn’t have essential amenities when arrived. It didn’t have washer/dryer. Communication to the property manager was good. Overall it was ok. We probably won’t stay here again. ”
