“We were extremely pleased with our stay in AC by Marriott Hotel Honolulu. The hotel is located in a very good location if you are going on a cruise. It was a 20 minutes walk to the pier 2 cruise terminal from hotel. The hotel was not in a congested area. It was a quiet hotel and we got a good nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner got the room cool. The area around hotel and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. ”

“I knew my goal was to spend more time outdoors than in. Good location. Walking distance to Ilikai, Hilton, Ala Moana Mall, etc. Pool was a nice alternative to walking to crowded beach during day, and relaxing in the evenings. Jacuzzi was good and evenings always in use. Close your curtains at night to avoid lookey loos! Especially with light on. Can see everything from pool. LOL. $5 to use gym for duration of stay. Good equipment and AC was great! Water system to refill in gym. It got the job……

“Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and……

“Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. ”
