“It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.”

Our room is at the ground floor when we open the big window we can walk straight ( less than 1 mins walk)to the lake, view is wonderful and we watch the sunset by the lake. Comfortable stay ”
“Great for a 1 night or 2 night stay just for sleeping! Easy entry with codes sent by provider so arrival time not an issue. Clean tidy room with ensuite bathroom (no soap dispenser in shower is by the basin) Our room did not reflect the photo!. Reasonably comfortable bed. Was a pity the diner was not open for breakfast. Served out purpose of stopping and sleeping at a great price.”
“a couple of shortfalls, parking spots are quite limited and some have angles not easy to park in; I think the cleaner switched off the fridge while cleaning our room and we didn't realise it until the next day, which made our food gone bad overnight...
But overall, the room was really comfortable and cozy, very tidy and clean, although soundproof could be improved... really enjoyed the stays in Taupo.”
“Check in was very smooth. We were showed to our room by a very friendly host. Our room was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed for our 1 night stay. Plenty of places to eat within a reasonable walking distance or short drive. Would return if we ever came back to this area. ”
