“The condo is located in a beautifully landscaped community in Waikoloa Villas. There are two community pools, hot tubs and grills. My guest pass also worked at a legit saltwater lap pool if you are lap swimmer like me. We ate two times at Johnny’s which is an open air bar and restaurant.But the reason we booked was because of the access to world class beaches. They didn’t dissappoint.Brooke, Tim and Maia took great care of us and were responsive to any needs we had. They are great hosts! ”

“We loved the condo. It is very private, backing to open space where we saw wild goats, turkeys and a variety of birds daily. All of the neighbors are quiet, no music, just the sound of the birds and goats bleating. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grill on the patio (private, not shared.) There is a locker on the patio with beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t use the pool but observed many families swimming and splashing about. There is a local grocery……

“The property met our needs very well. Spacious, great kitchen and living area. The amenities were excellent! Great yard and location. Seven in the group and we were all able to spread out and not feel crowded. Spacious bedrooms and playroom. Well maintained property. ”

“This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket……

“This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. ”
