“This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so……

“Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots & pans. Even had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a wagon to haul. Whole family (including 2 teens) loved. Would stay here again!”

“This was a beautiful property super close to the beach! Our family of seven adults and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The host was responsive to request and provided beach equipment and had cribs and high chairs for the baby. The home was clean. We also appreciated how the clubhouse for the complex was on the beach. It allows us to play on the sand and then come back, rinse off and jump in the pool. Another feature was that we were super close to the King and Queen‘s markets along……

“This is a very nice place with a fantastic , bbq, pool and hot tub area. The place is comfortable and has everything you need. John has a great stock of snorkeling gear, water fun gear and everything you would need for the beach. He was very responsive and great to deal with. ”

“This spot is a great starting point for all things on the Big Island. You’re right in the middle of the Kona / Kohala resort area, yet still an easy drive into Kona, and a very manageable drive to Hilo. The location serves as a great home base to explore the entire island or just kick back and relax.The complex itself is very clean, gorgeously maintained, and quiet overall.
