“I stayed in the condo with my husband and friend. It was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the lanai had a partial view of the beach. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect in every way. The host was communicative and quick to respond with any questions. The beach is so close to the condo and there were great food options which were also walkable. And it was also super close to Hapuna Beach and many great towns on the northwest part of the island. We would stay here again……

“Richard’s property is perfect for a Big Island stay! We stayed with four adults and had plenty of room for time together and quiet time apart. The kitchen is very well stocked (we did a lot of cooking) and there’s plenty of staple items to use (spices,etc). We were so grateful for the beach items including towels, chairs, boogie boards,and a cooler. The lanai is enormous and the sunsets from the lanai made the perfect end to perfect island days! “My daughter and I absolutely loved our time here, especially after spending 2 days at the Hilton. Our stay here was so peaceful and exactly what we wanted. The Lanai was perfect for watching the sunrise each morning and listening to the birds. The breeze at night kept everything cool and we never needed to turn the air conditioning on, we loved that. Everything for a perfect Beach day was available too... Chairs, towels, a cooler and even a boogie board. Hapuna Beach is just a short drive up the……

The host was prompt with communication, offered flexibility when asked, and really nice touches with greetings, treats on arrival, a very well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully decorated condo. The complex was quiet, pool was a very peaceful place to end the day. All in all an excellent location, would highly recommend for four adults. ”
