“I have stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area for years, but first time at The Shores. I was very pleased with the unit which had obviously been updated and was nicely decorated. It was appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay and then some. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds. Pool is lovely. The beds were comfortable, however the big pillows were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The carpet in the guest room could use a good cleaning, and we missed an indoor dining……

“I never received access information and had to call upon arrival. Once inside the property the building and unit were extremely difficult to locate and there was no assistance available. The condo was extremely dated and furnishings were in very poor condition. Towels, bedding and furniture very worn. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortably hard and zero amenities--no facial tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent,or soap in shower. The handsoap and shampoo which were provided were in……

“This condo had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It comes with a garage filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. It is conveniently located across the street from the Queen's Market Place. You'll have choices for shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. The condo is steps from the pool.
