“While the price plays a significant factor, its proximity to eateries and shopping is also quite convenient. I rate it "Average" because privacy can be compromised due to uninsulated walls between rooms, and you can practically hear conversations from the next room. It became too noisy throughout my stay, and I didn't experience much of "Quiet Time" due to the noise from the two adjoining rooms. ”

“There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. ”

“My family and I needed a decent place to stay. We wanted a place away from major hotels and a clean place to stay that will not knock us down with a heavy Maui price tag. If you want to drive and explore different places without a heavy price tag on your stay, consider this place. It is nice, clean and quiet.The town is not a tourist place, do not expect anything fancy. And that was what we needed.”

“This place was amazing! We have stayed at quite a few short term rentals over the years and sometimes the pictures make it look better than reality--not so here! The views are spectacular! “Our bottom floor condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! The closets were stocked with gear for fishing, paddling, snorkeling, etc. Large outside barbeque with pool and chairs made us like we didn't miss out an anything if we just stayed at the condo. We cooked at least one meal a day at the condo which is close to a private-like park at the end of the street. This was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. This was our most memorable stay in Hawaii and we will be back!”

“The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales……

“We were rarely there except to sleep but the apartment has everything we needed. It’s walking distance to the harbor and ocean center. The beach is literally steps outside. The owner was very quickly responsive to our questions.”
