“This B&B was a nice, self-contained, comfortable and tidy motel type room located at the back of a very nice young couple's home. A simple continental type breakfast was included. It would have been nice to have had a bit of fruit added. The owner's were extremely kind and want their guests to let them know if they need anything. Having a hot tube just outside the door was a bonus! It was a great place to stay short term.”

“What a beautiful retreat for one or two people. We loved being only a couple of minutes away from the shops, but feeling tucked away in our own private setting. The cottage is small but spotless and well presented. We appreciated the extra touches such as the toiletries, the chocolates, the hot drink selection and the fluffy robes. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Lovely character home with some interesting quirks. Has peaceful stream running through the property, and a lake. Very comfortable with a covered deck outside the room. Really good water pressure. Copious animals to amuse. Really friendly dogs to welcome guests but not at all annoying. Dopey sheep the driveway but quite easy to round up if a couple decide to make a break for it when opening the gate! Very satisfying once accomplished. Need to order breakfast separately but excellent options……
