“We loved the opportunity for a glamping experience while in town for a ND game. The bedding was warm enough that we were warm all night despite the chilly temps. The hot shower was a nice addition!”

We loved the location right on the river and enjoyed Congolese, sitting on the deck, and just taking in the river views. Our teenage kids loved their own space in the basement. We took a day and enjoyed exploring South Bend, an easy 30 minute drive away. Mancino’s Pizza about 5 minutes from the house is delicious and highly recommended! “The house is beautiful. Everything you need is all there. I would say the downstairs queen bed mattress was not comfortable for my back. I do realize it is a rental. Also they have at least 2 wasps nest by the spa. I gave it a 4 stars for the area only because there is road noise. I would definitely come back. ”

“A week on beautiful Lake Tippecanoe was just what we needed to unwind. Old Stone Cottage is just perfect for a couple or a small family. It was nicely appointed, clean, and comfy. A short drive to larger areas for restaurants, groceries, sight-seeing opportunities. We’ll be going again.”

“I think this would be the perfect cottage for a family with kids. All that upstairs room with a separate bedroom downstairs for mom and dad. Close to the lake and park. Very little traffic.”
