“在歐洲來回好幾次了，也常居過，第一次遇到飯店強制在9pm後要一個小時付10鎊的費用，也就是如果12點才到飯店，那就要付給他們30鎊，所以我直接要求給我密碼，不需要什麼歡迎入住的儀式。 進去房間後，打掃很糟，很多地方都有灰塵，廚房用具也很髒，人員也很無禮跟粗魯，打掃又懶惰，期待你用的乾淨讓他們可以隨意清理就好，否則態度就很差，甚至還會被說教。 老實說，不想做就別做，但還說教也太惡劣。 所以這間飯店就是你要額外給錢才會有好的服務，真是糟糕又丟臉。 另外，如果不喜歡party後吵雜的環境，請不要考慮這，位置是同志村，如果怕吵或想好好休息的人，住這裡只會一肚子氣。 總之，服務人員是個對華人態度很惡劣的人，不過如果你多付錢，也許就不一樣了。 完全不推薦這裡，即使地點離市區不遠。”

“A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. “Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”

“Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry. It is also located close to a nice little park with a Tesco just around the corner. My only complaint was that the shower head was mouldy, and when I changed the pressure a fair bit of mould came out (luckily not onto me!), the rest of the apartment was good but this let it down.”

“Very comfortable, well presented and well equipped apartment. The only small issue is the mould/mildew in the shower area which we appreciate may be down to the use of eco friendly products but it does spoil the presentation of the shower area”
