“The place is stunning. New, modern, very nicely decorated. Wonderful view from the balcony. Communication was easy as was the access to the apartment. ”

“Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. ”

“Great location, super clean! Check in isn’t bad, just had trouble with the code for a bit, but it’s gated and super safe and in a nice part of Sandusky. Mark was an excellent host, quick and easy to communicate with. We were in town for a VB tournament, Cedar Point and a day trip to PIB. Great location for our itinerary. ”

“We have stayed at this property before, so we were glad that it was available again! ”

“The property was clean and met our expectations. There were a couple of concerns however. We were able to unlock the door with no problem, but had difficulty locking it when going out to dinner. We also did not know how to adjust the temp. in the apt. Finally we were not able to use the television in the living room area. It continued to message us, "not connected to the Internet". Written instructions would have been helpful for us old people. We thank you for your hospitality, and God bless……

“Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked.”
