“The site was perfect. Clean and modern and had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff everywhere were so friendly and easy to talk to. We couldn't believe the views we had across the lake. This has been one of our family's favorite vacation spots so far!”

“The cottage was perfectly clean and quiet. It had a cozy feel but was much more spacious than a hotel room, so it was nice to be able to spread out. Our host provided all the details we might need such as wine glasses, plates, silverware, tissues, a selection of movies, and a nice coffee maker. Contactless checking was a breeze, light switches were thoughtfully labeled, we could control the thermostat, and how nice to watch the goats while we drank our coffee in the morning.”

“Wanted to stay somewhere safe and close to home. Came across this gem, and I immediately booked. The owner thought of everything and had nice touches throughout. When I said I was bringing my pup, she ensured dog bowls were out as well as a toy. Dog loved the fenced in yard (as did I, as it was pretty chilly, so I didn’t have to walk her). Great communication with owner, and I could really tell she truly cared about how my stay was going. My best friend of 50 years was staying at her daughter’s……

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Holiday House while visiting Sandusky for my daughters softball tourney at Sports Force Park. The home was perfect for our party of 6, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The lake and park were steps away for relaxing after a full day at the ball fields. We also enjoyed Cedar Point, only a 10 minute drive away. I’d love to come back to enjoy more of the lake life and nearby beaches and would definitely rent Holiday House again!”
