Front desk service was limited — most of the time there was only one staff member available, which made service slow and not very responsive. It felt understaffed and lacking in service attention. On the positive side, there are some great restaurants nearby in the West Village area, which was convenient for dining out.”

Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”
