“This was my second stay since February 2024. I had a room on the third (second from street level) floor. The property has an elevator that works like a wheelchair lift. My room had enough lighting. Some of the lighting was confusing but I managed to sort it out. The bathroom was clean, had a simple shower stall with curtain, bedroom had a nice view of the Königswinter Straße, and was very close to a bakery where I could go most days for breakfast but not on Rosenmontag. “Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen, ist aber sicher nicht für jeden was. Die Dachterrasse mit ihrem tollen Ausblick ist einfach der Hammer. Das Ambiente an der Bar und in der Louge ist einfach super. Das Frühstück war gut, weißt aber bei der Auswahl noch etwas Potential nach oben auf. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here again. Unfortunately, we missed the tasty breakfast. We used to come here before, but the café across the street worked almost as well. The staff here was very accommodating. We we were all jetlagged and they let us sleep in and worked around us. The beds were super comfortable for all of us.”

“优点：车开进庭院大门的时候，几乎所有人都“哇”出了声。曾是皇家狩猎行宫的酒店恢弘气派，整个建筑和庭院极致对称，视觉冲击巨大。院子里不能停车，只有少数两三个刚check-in的车停在门口。check-in过程很顺利，负责的staff态度很好，给我们升级了一间房以及每间房送了一支红酒，是酒店自己的酒庄，出人意料的好喝。 晚上在酒店的意大利餐厅用餐，非常满，要提前订座。味道很好。 第二天一早，从酒店能看到科隆的天际线，大教堂的尖尖顶就正对着酒店大门。酒店所在的bensberg小城很安静，下面一条街就有很多bakery，吃早餐也非常方便。 缺点：房间很小，即使upgrade的那间也算不上宽敞。职员态度很好但是服务速度实在有点慢，要个热水等得我睡着了两觉才送来个烧水壶。 另外停车比较贵，我们停在了酒店步行5分钟的教堂，overnight不要钱。”
