We had a problem with the TV and man who came to fix it was very pleasant and helpful- problem was solvedIt seems that it was a new rental and some items were scarce or non existent. I wrote the property manager with some suggestions. Did not mar our stay but a few extras - bath soap and dish detergent, kitchen towels -would have been appreciated ”

“This house was beautiful! The pictures are exactly what you get. House was very clean. Probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. Location was amazing. It is right on the beach! Spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, Blue Harbor resort and a very nice walking trail. Loved our stay!”

“The photos of this property absolutely capture all the wonderful features. The house is beautiful and is on such a lovely spot. The primary suite is luxurious - the room is large, the bed is so comfortable, the linens are first-rate. The kitchen is very well equipped. We didn't need this much room but could see that a large group would be very comfortable here. Loved everything about our stay.”

“We had a wonderful experience while staying at this vacation rental. This place is conveniently located in a beachfront neighborhood and there is a paved beach path to walk or bike on. “My sister and I were looking for a place to have a low key, stay in Christmas celebration for our kids. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean, beautiful and even had a Christmas tree. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the land the house was on which had just been covered in snow. We were able to make cookies, watch movies, play games and everyone had a comfortable play to sleep, which checked all our boxes. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay……

“This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking……

“The house wasn't quite as clean as advertised. (I took photos.) Tracks on the floor, stuff in sink. Needed blankets in living room! Biggest issue is lack of communication. The locks were due to be changed after we checked out. We were not told until we were locked out of the house. After over an hour we were able to get back in, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. If Mark is willing to give us a partial refund, we'd like to stay at the property again. My partner loved it, aside……
