“Very clean hotel, warm waterpark air but not humid. Lazy river was warmest water to lounge in. Huge pretzels at pool cafe were a hit. Coffee maker in our loft room did not work as we found out just before checkout for a cup of coffee. Loft room was expensive at $515.00 as opposed to when we stayed in June few years back at $267.00; same type of room. I asked lady hotel clerk at front desk but got no adjustment for it ; instead had to buy a cup of coffee from the lobby coffee stand. Food at bar……

The locks were due to be changed after we checked out. We were not told until we were locked out of the house. After over an hour we were able to get back in, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. If Mark is willing to give us a partial refund, we'd like to stay at the property again.
