“The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby. It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too. It would be perfect if the oven glove is more heat resistant. ”

“It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an……

“Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean, and accesible to the main areas in Cardiff. The Castle is only a 5 minutes walk, as well as plenty of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Perfect place if you have a car as it has private parking. There is also a washer machine which is very convenient when traveling for a while. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Cardiff. Super recommended! ”
