“We booked Siabod Huts as a suitable base from which to visit three of Zip World's sites (10-35 mins away), but had we realised just how special Menna, her family and the location are, we would have planned a holiday there regardless! Sure, we were truly blessed with the most stunning Spring weather, experiencing what several locals described as "this year's Summer", but as Londoners who get excited when the smog is clear enough to see The Shard, we were simply side-swiped by Snowdonia's sheer……

“We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. “We had a lovely stay at Mikey’s 3-bed apartment in Rhyl. The place was clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing break. The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying morning coffee or the evening breeze. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described. Location-wise, it’s close to the beach and local shops, which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend this place to families or small groups looking for a……

“We stayed for a long weekend. Everything was as you would expect, nice and clean. On the Saturday night we realised we had no hot water, at 9:00 on the Sunday morning we phoned the number out of the information pack and immediately someone came round, she couldn’t fix it straight away and we were giving options of other properties available and we’re moved straight away. Very pleased with the customer service”

“Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. Again no beds were made so we had to wait outside with our stuff while a young lad threw some……
